Monday Monday, Can't Trust That Day

It's been too hot to concentrate.

I had a phone interview this morning, which I think went well - but as has become quite clear, I cannot objectively judge these things. Interview #3 is scheduled for tomorrow afternoon. Keep your fingers crossed (but not your hopes up).

My parents and I went to see Spider Man 2 yesterday. It was okay. I actually found my mind wandering a little bit, which is unusual for me because I try to make it a point to only see movies in the theatre that I know I will like. I don't think my mom was too interested either. We both though Peter Parker was too much of a sad sack to garner our sympathy.

*The Life Aquatic (I don't even know what it's about it, but it's directed by Wes Anderson and stars the usual motely crew, so I know I will love it)

And did you hear they're re-releasing THX 1138? I have never actually more than a few minutes of this, but it stars Robert Duvall, one of my all-time favorite actors. It is George Lucas's first movie. And a bit of trivia for you: THX1138 is the license plate number of one of the cars in American Graffiti.
