Do not return to work (or school or whatever) until you have been fever and vomit free for at least 24 hours. I mean seriously, this is common sense. I don't know why so many people insist on breaking this basic rule.

I didn't even know the Golden Globe nominations were being announced this week. I am so out of the loop. Besides the unsettling fact that I haven't seen any of the nominations for Drama, I am beside myself with surprise that The Devil Wears Prada was nominated for best comedy. Are you kidding me?

The Most Wonderful Time of the Year?
Really, I think "wonderful" is not an accurate description. More like the most contagious time of the year. I cannot seem to go a day without hearing about viruses, contamination, and quarantine. Yuck!

And lastly, It's time to retire the uggs. They were not attractive 2 years ago and they are not attractive now.
